Welcome to KK Universe. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and payments for artist booking services provided through KK Universe.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received by KK Universe.
Once a booking is confirmed, the requested artist or professional is reserved exclusively for the client for the selected date and time.
Advance Payments
- All advance payments are generally non-refundable.
- Advance payments are used to reserve artists, block schedules, and manage operational costs.
- By making a payment, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.
Client Cancellation Policy
Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Event
- Up to 50% of the advance amount may be refunded at the sole discretion of KK Universe.
- Any payment gateway, processing, or administrative charges may be deducted.
Cancellation Between 15–30 Days Before Event
- No refund of advance payment.
- Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Within 15 Days of Event
No refund will be provided.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Event
No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Artist Unavailability
If an assigned artist becomes unavailable due to an emergency, illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances:
- KK Universe will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement.
- If a replacement cannot be arranged, the amount paid for the unavailable service will be refunded.
- KK Universe's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.
Event Postponement
If the event is postponed:
- The booking may be transferred to a new date subject to artist availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the new date and artist availability.
- If the artist is unavailable on the new date, cancellation terms may apply.
No-Show by Client
If the client fails to attend the event, provide access to the venue, or is unavailable at the scheduled time:
- No refund will be issued.
- The booking will be treated as completed.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
7–15 business days
The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Force Majeure
KK Universe shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- War or civil disturbances
Refunds in such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
